Associate Therapist /  AMFT (#146982)

I help individuals and couples navigate the overwhelming emotions of life’s transitions by uncovering the underlying patterns and beliefs that keep them stuck.

Life can be messy — relationships, loss, and big changes have a way of leaving us feeling overwhelmed and stuck. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to help you unpack the patterns and beliefs that have shaped your life so far, and together, we’ll work on building new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more authentic and connected. Healing isn’t always easy, but it’s possible — and you deserve to have help along the way.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in understanding the deeper reasons behind your feelings and behaviors, often tied to unresolved experiences and unconscious patterns. I take a holistic view, considering your work life, cultural and spiritual beliefs, and sexual identity to create a space where you feel safe to explore and grow.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I draw from psychodynamic, mindfulness, relational, and ketamine-assisted therapy to support you through life’s tough moments — whether it’s navigating grief, relationship challenges, identity struggles, or simply feeling like you’ve lost your footing. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift so you can feel more grounded and connected.

As a Brazilian, it’s important to me to offer culturally sensitive care. I also offer therapy in both English and Portuguese. Sim, eu falo português!

You don’t have to carry it all on your own. I’m here to listen, support, and help you make sense of the chaos. Let’s work together to uncover the strength and clarity that’s already within you. If this resonates, reach out — I’d love to connect.

Outside of therapy, you can find me in nature, sipping matcha, and connecting with loved ones. I’m grateful to be part of your journey — let’s work together toward greater clarity and connection.
