Love can be incredibly healing. It often teaches us the power of vulnerability and just how good it feels to be seen, heard, and deeply understood by our loved ones. It’s no wonder shit goes totally wrong when you can’t be vulnerable with your partner. We sometimes find ourselves repeatedly getting into a negative cycle, leaving us exhausted, frustrated, and straight up scared. We want nothing more than to get out of the cycle and find the connection that brought us together in the first place, but how?

Our approach is also systemic and intersectional - we understand the impact that oppression and discrimination have on individuals and how that can make navigating relationships that much more challenging. We hold space for the traumas of transphobia, homophobia, toxic/compulsory monogamy culture, racism, colonialism, and all the isms that impact non-dominant cultures and identities. You and your partner(s) deserve a therapist that will hold your relationship challenges with dignity and understanding.
