Hella Good Therapy is a queer-owned, private pay, psychotherapy practice based in San Diego, California.  We specialize in addressing relational and systemic trauma in teens, adults and partnerships of all kinds.

We focus on authentic human connection, high quality services and decolonizing therapeutic practices.

Position Information

·      Looking for San Diego based clinicians who are interested in providing some in-person sessions in our mission hills location

·     Flexible/create your own schedule. Hybrid in-person/remote schedule ok 

·      Ideally working with a minimum of 10 clients per week

Compensation

  • W2 employee

  • Licensed Clinicians: $70-$95 per clinical hour

  • Associate Clinicians: $50 per clinical hour

  • Admin time paid at $20 per hour

  • Focused on high quality care for historically oppressed populations; especially social-justice oriented, identity- affirming and relational/systemic interventions

  • Able to work independently, but also value creating and investing in community

  • Competent clinicians who have a moderate to strong sense of their niches

  • Organized, timely with documentation, and communicative about challenges or needs

 

Hella Good Therapists are NOT:

  • Avoidant of issues related to systems of oppression and their own privileges

  • Uninterested in their own personal therapy, personal growth, and ongoing clinical training

  • Disorganized and unable to manage time well 

  • Unable to work independently while also staying connected to their team
